Susan Mullenix is Regional Vice President for the Central Ohio area serving Upper Arlington, Central Columbus, Hilliard, and Clintonville for Howard Hanna Real Estate Services. She joined the brokerage after a merger with HER REALTORS® in 2022. Susan’s twenty plus years of real estate sales and management experience includes a passion for helping agents tap into their unique strengths and skill sets to build their businesses. “Armed with the most relevant tools in the industry, it is my job to foster a positive work environment to help agents grow their business and achieve their personal and professional goals.”

Susan received her bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University and is a graduate of Columbus REALTORS® Leadership Academy. In 2017, Susan was named Manager of the Year for HER REALTORS®. She devotes many hours to her industry by serving and leading various association committees. She has delivered Meals on Wheels for over 25 years and was a recent recipient of the LifeCare Alliance Lifetime Achievement Award for her service to the organization. She volunteers for Special Olympics, her church, and other outreach groups. When not working or volunteering, Susan enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, traveling and hiking. Licensed in 1998, she began her management career in 2006 and oversees several Howard Hanna offices in the Central and NW areas of Columbus.
